We have also created a procedure that will be mailed (on the CD with the drivers) to show you the settings that are needed or can be found on our website (product support page). Drivers are included on a mini CD or/and can also be downloaded from our website.

The 1747-C13 cable is not needed as it is built as part of our 1747-UIC.

You will also need RSLinx 2.53 or greater, RSLinx is free from AB website and can be downloaded from the link below, please do this first before you purchase the cable, if you have issues email or call. and we can help.
