Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues.

Our policy on Returns/Refunds

30 Day Warranty. Claims for Returns & Refunds can be made for up to 30 days from receipt.

Where the item is proven to be faulty we will replace, repair or refund the item.

We adhere to Distance Selling Regulations, whereby the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after they receive the item. This should be done by email, letter or fax.

We will refund the price of the item and original shipping costs, but the costs of returning the item(s) to us are to be paid for by the buyer.

Regarding international orders, we can offer only a refund on the item upon receiving it back. If a replacement item is required, buyer has to pay for the extra international shipping.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received & inspected the item(s) and determined that it is faulty.
