It is only resistant to low-molecular ketones, ethers and esters, and to amine, ammonia, hydrofluoric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, phosphoric acid hydraulic oils.The medium properties of type 23 fluoroadhesive are similar to that of type 26, and it is more unique in that it is more resistant to strong oxidizing inorganic acids such as fuming nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid than type 26, and its volume expansion is only 13%-15% when soaked in 98% HNO3 at room temperature for 27 days.

High temperature resistance

Its elongation at rupture can be maintained at about 100% and its hardness is 90-95 ° c.Model 246 maintains good elasticity after 16 hours of hot air aging at 350 ° c, and 110 minutes of hot air aging at 400 ° c. After 110 minutes of hot air aging at 400 ° c, the elongation rate of rubber material containing spray carbon black, thermal cracking carbon black or carbon fiber increases by about 1/2~1/3, and the strength decreases by about 1/2, but still maintains good elasticity.Type 23-11 fluoroglue can be used at 200℃ for a long time and 250℃ for a short time.

Aging resistance

Fluorinated rubber has excellent weather aging resistance and ozone resistance.DuPont's VitonA is reported to have remained satisfactory after 10 years of natural storage, with no apparent cracking in air with an ozone concentration of 0.01% for 45 days.Type 23 fluorinated rubber has excellent resistance to weather aging and ozone.

Vacuum performance

Type 26 fluorine rubber has excellent vacuum performance.The vacuum drainage rate of vulcanized rubber with 246 fluorine rubber basic formula is only 37×10-6 soybean pumps/second.2 cm.Type 246 fluororubber has been successfully applied under vacuum conditions of 10-9 pumps.

Mechanical properties of

Fluorinated rubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties.The strength of type 26 fluoroprene rubber is generally between 10~20MPa, the elongation at break is between 150~350%, and the tear strength is between 3~4KN/m.The strength of type 23 fluororubber is between 15.0~25MPa, the elongation is between 200%~600%, and the tear strength is between 2~7MPa.In general, the compression permanent deformation of fluorinated rubber at high temperature is large, but if compared under the same conditions, such as from the same time of compression permanent deformation at 150℃, butylene and neoprene rubber are larger than type 26 fluorinated rubber, the compression deformation of type 26 fluorinated rubber at 200℃×24 hours is equivalent to the compression deformation of butyl rubber at 150℃×24 hours.

Permeability is small

The low temperature performance

The low temperature performance of fluororubber is not good, which is due to its chemical structure, such as Tg>0℃ of type 23-11.The actual low temperature performance of fluororubber is usually expressed by the brittle temperature and the cold resistance coefficient of compression.The formula of the glue and the shape of the product (such as thickness) have a great influence on the brittleness temperature. If the amount of filler in the formula increases, the brittleness temperature will deteriorate sensitively. If the thickness of the product increases, the brittleness mixing degree will deteriorate sensitively.

Radiation resistance

The radiation resistance of fluororubber is one of the poor elastomers. The cross-linking effect of type 26 rubber and the cracking effect of type 23 fluororubber are shown.Under the condition of 1×107 lun, the hardness increases by 1~3 degrees, the strength decreases by less than 20%, and the elongation decreases by 30%~50%. Therefore, it is generally believed that type 246 fluorine rubber can withstand 1×107 lun, and the limit is 5×107 lun.
